In 2019, I joined Workiz, a field service management SaaS startup, where I wrote for small and medium-sized business owners. My work covered various aspects of SMB operations, including leadership, marketing, sales, advertising, booking and scheduling, customer service, accounting, inventory management, and more.

This experience deepened my understanding of the SMB landscape and fueled my passion for creating impactful content that helps small business owners run and grow their companies.

In 2020, I landed a role as Senior Content Writer at Lusha, a high-growth B2B SaaS startup that delivered sales and marketing solutions. I was instrumental in developing Lusha's content strategy geared towards SMB customers and brand stories, scaling their blogging content to support their rapid growth and expanding user base.
