1. Discovery Call

After you fill out the contact form, I'll respond within 24 hours. If there's a fit, we'll schedule a quick 30-minute Zoom call to discuss your SaaS product and my services. By the end, we'll establish project goals, scope, timelines, and budget.

Afterward, you can send over additional information packets about your product, customers, marketing strategy, and messaging.

2. Proposal & Contract

Next, I'll send a proposal covering the problem or need to be solved, challenges, our solution, deliverables, expectations, and price breakdown. You'll have 30 days to approve the proposal and sign a contract.

I'll request a 50% deposit upfront before starting the project.

3. Work Begins

I'll begin working on your project, which will include strategy, story development, researching, outlining, creating a brief, interviewing, writing, collaborating on ideas, copyediting, and final proofreading.

The first draft will be delivered and you'll have the opportunity to send over feedback and complete up to two rounds of revisions.

4. Delivery & Payment

The final draft will be delivered, and I'll invoice you for the remaining balance of the project. You can now begin using your new piece of content in your marketing and sales strategy!
